President - Carroll Onsae |
Mr. Onsae is an Arizona State University
graduate with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management. He also has a
Masters degree from Northern Arizona University in Business Administration, Custom
Management. After graduating from ASU, he helped the Hopi Tribe by accepting the job
of Community Development Coordinator. His career then turned toward the school districts
of Tuba City and Flagstaff. Mr. Onsae was the Director of Personnel in both Tuba City
and Flagstaff before becoming the Director of Personnel/Business Administrator in
Flagstaff. He finished a distinctive 20 year career in the school district as the
Native American Counselor in Flagstaff.
Mr. Onsae has spent the past seven years as the Tribal Operations Officer for the Hopi Tribe.

|
Vice President - Wilfred Moore |
Mr. Moore, an Army Corps of Engineers Veteran,
has been involved in construction since his honorable discharge from the Army in 1960.
Wilfred has been a Foreman or General Foreman in the construction business in or around the
Seattle, WA. area. He has been involved in large concrete jobs from a new Veterans
Administration Hospital to a 16 story, 2 year project to a 48 story, 3 year project.
He has helped build warehouses and processing plants for the fishing
industry in Alaska where winds would approach 100 knots and temperatures to 70 degrees
below zero. In 1977 he returned to the Hopi Reservation to start his own concrete business and
help the Hopi Tribe make a living in the concrete business. Wilfred has recently
retired from W. Moore Concrete Construction, but is still a Hopi Tribe Certified Contractor. |

Secretary - Brent Kennedy |
Mr. Kennedy, a University of Okalahoma
graduate, has been involved in telecommunications for over 15 years. His career began
at Hicks & Ragland Engineering, Co., Inc. as a Central Office Technician. In a short
time he was promoted to Project Manager where he assisted in two new startup
telecommunications companies in Arizona. For four years he was the General Manager
of San Carlos Apache Telecom (SCATUI) where he was able to successfully grow the
subscriber base by 300 percent.
His experience in business and his passion for helping people, has given him the
opportunity to help the small rural community in Okalahoma to re-open a grocery store where he
was the Co-Owner. Mr. Kennedy is currently the
President and General Manager of Hopi Telecommunication, Inc and Little Star
Communication, Inc. where he is currently building out a wireless broadband
network and is also implementing “Satellite Broadband Solutions” for the Hopi Nation. |

Assistant Vice President - Dennis Wisdom |
Mr. Wisdom has a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Management plus over 28 years of technical and management experience. He started out in
the Academic and Research Computing Support department at Texas Tech University. He established
the Texas Tech Network Services department, where he oversaw the design, implementation
and operation of all network and data security systems. Mr. Wisdom moved to the private sector
as the head of Information Technology for a $1 billion retail chain where he was responsible
for a large staff of system analysts, programmers and support staff that provided technology
solutions. He has became well established as a top manager because of his innovative and cost
effective solutions. He then moved to the consulting firm Hicks and Ragland Engineering
and its successor CHR Solutions, where he served as Vice President and General Manager.
Mr. Wisdom has spent the last few years as President of N-Com, L.P. a leading national
telecommunications engineering and information technology consulting firm. |

Assistant Secretary - Jimmy Underwood |
Mr. Underwood career spans almost 20 years in
the telecommunications technology field. He started working at Hicks & Ragland Engineering and
its successor CHR Solutions, where he was the Manager of Datacom System Design. There he was
involved in the design and implementation of many diverse IT networks and systems, including
small business, large corporations and governments, integrating elements from data, voice and
video. Jimmy founded N-Com, L.P., whose goal is to provide advanced telecommunications
consulting services and develop sound economical strategic plans. His extensive experience
in IT projects ranging from disaster recovery to system upgrades to new construction projects
has earned him recognition as a specialist in this field and gotten him numerous
DDESS projects on military bases from West Point to Guantanamo Bay. |
